Part of the distinctive and beautifully constructed Stourhead range from the National Trust, this well-built nest box provides a large nesting space for a variety of garden birds including: blue tits, great tits, sparrows etc.
There is a stainless steel hole protector to prevent predator attack. Using a coin or screwdriver the bolt can be removed to clean or to make an open nester for Robins, Wagtails and Spotted Flycatchers. This open style can also be used as a wall feeder for birds (must be cleaned before and after use).
Site the box 1.5 – 2.5 metres high facing north to south-east.
